Return Policy

You can return the item(s) to us within 7 days from the date of delivery for products in its original packaging. All products must be approved for return prior to shipping products back and 20% restocking charges apply for all returns.

All returned items must be in their original condition and vendor labels attached.

Custom made items including products marked FINAL SALE will not be accepted for return, if returned it will not be refunded or sent back.

Items purchased online will not be accepted for return in any of our distribution centers.

You are responsible for shipping fees and are non-refundable.


We are happy to say we have now gone paperless and the return process is even more easy!


• You may use the return label you received when we approved return of products and place it on your return parcel, covering the original shipping label, if any.

• You may drop off your parcel at any Post station or counter. Please note the tracking number on the label to track your return.

If you do not wish to use the label we sent you when return was approved, we recommend that you use a courier service that insures you for the value of the goods and please also save the tracking number. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

As soon as we have processed your return, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to the credit card used to place the original order.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for the money to appear on your credit card statement. This additional delay depends on your bank and credit card company.
